The company was founded in October 1993 as a sole proprietorship by Jeffrey O. Grady upon his early retirement from General Dynamics Space Systems Division. In October 1995 the company was incorporated under the laws of the State of California with Jeff Grady the President.
Vision Statement
JOG System Engineering, Inc. is focused on accurately assessing the systems engineering capability of client companies, providing consulting services to fully satisfy any near term needs, and providing training and training programs designed to correct problems observed in organizational and individual performance in the systems engineering field. It is intended that clients be self sufficient in the areas covered by training or consulting services subsequent to completion of those services.
