History
JOG System Engineering was founded in October 1993 as a sole proprietorship by Jeffrey O. Grady upon his retirement from General Dynamics Space Systems Division. In October 1995 the company was incorporated under the laws of the State of California with Jeff Grady the President. In October 2010 the company reverted to a sole proprietorship to simplify administration.
